Stay

HARISO

A private villa limited to one group per day.
Part of the main building has been converted into a guest room, reviving the Hariso Ryokan for the modern era. Among the more than ten rooms that once existed, HARISO now offers the very room most beloved by the cultural figures of the Showa era. It retains the essence of its time while adding modern touches. Here, we invite you to relax freely as an extension of your everyday life.

Restaurant

yosemitePizza & Pasta Restaurant "Yosemite"

Yosemite—a space filled with diversity.
Passing through the door of the main building, which blends Japanese and Western styles, you’ll find a steel wood-fired kiln with a profound presence. From this historical space, if you look out to the garden, you’ll see a Japanese garden with a solemn “Garyu Matsu (reclining dragon pine tree).”
The cuisine offered here uses the experience and knowledge of Minoru Ogata, the chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant nacree. Authentic pasta is prepared in the open kitchen, which has a lively atmosphere. Wood crackles and dances in a 500-degree heated kiln, and pizzas take on a fragrant aroma. Our dishes will illuminate your stay in this space where time flows slowly.

Patisserie

oxidoPatisserie & Chocolaterie "Oxido"

We have renovated a shop warehouse in the old Oshu Route, where merchant houses with kura earthen warehouse structures line the street. Oxido is a patisserie & chocolaterie whose name means oxide in Spanish.
While making use of the history, we embark on new challenges. This signifies transformation through combining with other substances, much like oxidation.
The reflection from the oxidized copper plate door becomes a guiding light leading to wonder.
Please enjoy the new challenges of our patissier, displayed in the copper showcase, which changes over time.
