Reservations

Until what time can reservations be made?
Reservations can be made at least 2 days before the desired date of stay, Reservations are accepted on the official website or various reservation sites.
Can I use a credit card?
Yes, you can.
We ask for online pre-payment in advance.
Please follow the instructions on the various reservation sites for the credit cards accepted.
When does the cancellation fee apply?
The cancellation policy is as follows:
No-show: 100%
Same day: 100%
From 3 days before: 100%
From 7 days before: 50%
How can I cancel or change my reservation?
Please process cancellations or changes on the reservation site you used.
Can children and babies stay?
Yes, we welcome families.
Co-sleeping for children from 0 to 2 years old is free.
For children who need a futon or those aged 3 to 12, the fee is 10,000 yen per person.
We also have baby items available, so please contact our staff.
Is same-day booking possible?
Unfortunately, we do not accept same-day bookings.
Please make your reservation at least 2 days before your desired stay.
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made up to one month in advance.
Can I stay for consecutive nights?
Yes, you can.
For guests staying multiple nights with a dinner and breakfast plan, meals are provided for the first night's dinner and the next morning's breakfast only.
What is the maximum number of guests allowed?
Up to 5 people (including children aged 3 to 12) can stay.
Since there are only two beds, if there are more than three people, we provide futons in the closet for each person to lay out themselves.
Can I stay with pets?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
Guests with guide dogs are welcome to let us know in advance.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
We can keep your luggage.
Please answer the question about luggage storage on the reservation site regarding whether you need to leave luggage and timing.
Can I have an early check-in or late check-out?
Unfortunately, we do not offer these services.

Rooms

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00.
Check-out is until 11:00.
Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew, but please be considerate of the neighbors.
Is there internet access?
We provide free Wi-Fi.
What amenities are available in the rooms?
The rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, humidifying air purifier, hair dryer, rice cooker, microwave, kettle, heater, pen, notepad, bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, body lotion), three types of towels (bath towel, face towel, bathmat), toothbrush set, hairbrush, cotton swab & cotton set, razor, slippers, room wear, etc.
Is there water service in the room?
A water server is available, so please bring your glass from your room to use it.
There is also hot water available for instant food.
Are the rooms non-smoking?
The entire facility is non-smoking.
Can I do laundry?
We are sorry, but no washing machine is available on the premises.
There is a coin laundry nearby.
Can I take home the in-room amenities?
You can take home bath amenities, welcome desserts, and welcome drinks.
However, interior items, room wear, and towels cannot be taken home.
We may contact you if items that should not be taken are missing.

Meals

Are dinner and breakfast included?
There is a plan that includes dinner and breakfast.
Dinner is a course meal at the facility's restaurant, Yosemite (drinks are charged separately).
Breakfast includes rice cooked by the guests themselves and traditional side dishes.
Are there any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?
There is a FamilyMart and Lawson, about a 5-minute walk, near Sendai Subway Namboku Line Kawaramachi Station.
Can I bring my food and drinks?
Yes. There is also a microwave available for use.

Facility

Can I use the restaurant inside the facility?
For dinner and breakfast plans, dinner will be served at the facility's restaurant, Yosemite.
You can also use it during café time to relax after check-in.
Please note that meals other than the set dinner will incur additional charges.
Can I purchase products from the patisserie in the facility?
Yes. The patisserie also offers welcome desserts, so please give them a try.
Can I use the restaurant or patisserie without staying at the inn?
Yes, they are available for general customers as well.
Is there always staff on-site?
While there is generally staff on-site, we operate with a small team so that staff may be absent. We have also introduced an unmanned check-in system, allowing you to check in even when staff are absent. If you have any questions during check-in when staff are absent, please ask the restaurant staff inside the facility.
If you have an emergency after the restaurant closes or during the late hours, please get in touch with the emergency contact listed in the guest room handbook.

Transportation

Is there parking available?
We have a free on-site parking space for two cars.
Please let us know if you wish to use it.
Is there a shuttle service?
Unfortunately, we do not provide a shuttle service.
Can you tell me the nearest public transportation?
There is Kawaramachi Station on the Sendai Subway Namboku Line and the Kawaramachi Minami-guchi (South Exit) station on the Sendai City Bus.

Others

Can you recommend sightseeing spots?
Famous spots near Sendai Station, such as Sendai Castle Site and Zuihoden Mausoleum, are associated with the famous Lord Date Masamune.
Slightly further from Sendai, there are many tourist destinations, such as Matsushima, one of Japan's Three Scenic Spots, and Mount Zao.
What are Sendai’s specialties?
Sendai is known for many specialties like beef tongue, sasa-kamaboko (bamboo-leaf-shaped fish cake), and zunda (sweet edamame paste).
There are specialty stores around Sendai Station where you can enjoy these.
Can I purchase the roomwear and towels used at HARISO?
We are currently making various goods. Room wear and towels cannot be taken home, so if you wish to purchase them, please consult us separately.
Can the bath temperature be adjusted?
It has a water heater and reheating function, so please adjust it as you like.
